Parent Coaches Needed

Recreational games are all coached by parent volunteers.  Each team has one Head Coach. This is a great way for parents to connect with their kids and make friends.  No experience is necessary.  UCISL provides training from Elite FC and FC 42 professional coaching staff.  The training lasts one hour and is held during the coaches meeting.  Coaches will be allowed to decide the day and time they would like to hold practice.  We suggest that practices are through the week sometime between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm and coaches need to make sure that the time they choose works for the majority of the team.  Head Coaches can choose one assistant and a parent rep.  

Coach Responsibilities

• To teach kids the basics of the game and handle subbing kids during the game
• Coordinate practices
• Handle communication between UCISL and parents
• Set up pictures with Powells Imaging 
• Pick up uniforms from Monarch Sports 

Team Parents Needed

We like for all our teams to have a team parent to help manage the team page and coordinate things like snack schedules.  They can also help coaches with communication.
